Shipping :

 All souvenir genetic orders will have a shipping charge of $8 unless stated otherwise and will be shipped within two business days of receiving payment. Orders will be shipped to listed shipping address via paypal or other payment methods or via the shipping address you provided. All products sold and/or donated by hooliganfarmingsupplies.com and/or affiliates are shipped via USPS first class shipping.

Delivery information :

Orders will be prepared and dispatched as soon as your payment has been received and banked. Your goods will be delivered to the address provided / or if you did not provide a shipping address your package will be shipped to the adress listed on your paypal account. If your parcel is confirmed as delivered by the mail service however you claim to have not received it, you must take this up with the mail service including your mail person to obtain further information where the parcel was delivered to or left at your property. Our guarantee is also voided if you enter an incorrect delivery name (not the name on the mailbox) or address, as it is your responsibility to ensure we have the correct information to ship your parcel to. 99% of parcels arrive through your door however if your parcel requires collecting from the mail service then this is your responsibility to collect it. We do ask that you please double check all information before submitting because once it is submitted, we might not be able to change it before dispatch.

Attention :   

With all Hooliganfarmingsupplies.com orders, there will be extra seeds per pack as freebies to give you every possible chance possible to get successful results with these genetics. You could consider the extra seeds/freebies to be a sort of insurance policy for your order. Hooliganfarmingsupplies.com and/or affiliates are under no obligation to replace shipped and undamaged orders. If however an order arrives damaged please send pictures of damaged goods to our listed email above and we will replace your order as soon as possible.
Returns : Returns due to a change of mind,or other reasons Hooliganfarmingsullpies.com will happily accept changes if its before the item and/or items ship , Other wise all shipped order sales are final.

Germination : 

Seeds are live products, and should be treated with real tender attention and care. While with us the seeds are stored correctly in a cool, dry place. This ensures a shelf life that is much longer than the time between our production runs.Only once there is a germination rate of 90% or over conducted with at least two germination tests, are the beans ready to leave our facility for general sale.Many various conditions where by a full 95% germination rate may not occur. These seeds are live products just as listed above and must be dealt with respect and care , Unfortunately I cannot assist you with germination or proper storage practices.  Seeds should be kept in a chilled, dark environment with very little to no humidity.
